Lead engineering for FastPass, a labeling & validation platform used by 100+ contractors to provide AI/ML engineers with ground truth data, materially improving model precision and coverage of our crawlers. Subsequently scaled throughput by architecting and leading the development of FastPassAI, an LLM-orchestration system that automates labeling workflows.
First engineering hire for a $650MM a16z-backed startup; owned the technical strategy, full-stack architecture, and roadmap from ideation through acquisition.
Built and shipped proof.xyz end-to-end, designing a high-performance web3 identity service while evolving platform foundations to support a growing engineering organization.
Incubation & Prototyping: Member of TwoTwenty, Pinterest’s incubation arm. Collaborated with product and research teams to rapidly prototype, ship, and evaluate new experiences including Pinterest TV and early web3 explorations.
Technical leadership: Led a team of eight engineers to launch Story Pins, designing and implementing high-concurrency backend APIs, storage systems, and web-based content creation experiences.
ML-Adjacent Tooling: Led development of a curation platform used by offshore teams to generate shopping recommendations (Shop the Look) and power downstream ML recommendation models.
0-1 Product Development: Core contributor to the HowWeFeel app (500k users in 1 month). Initially built for COVID-19 symptom tracking and later pivoted toward mental wellness.
